Part-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Support Associate
Overview:
Petit Nordique Boutique Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Support Associate to manage inventory, shipping, and customer returns while providing key support to both of our physical locations. Based in our Bowmanville office, this role ensures smooth inventory flow, timely order fulfillment, and accurate stock levels across our online and in-store operations. You’ll also help track overstock and assist with restocking efforts between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Input new inventory, conduct stock counts, and ensure online stock accuracy.
Customer Support: Process returns, handle order inquiries and resolve order issues.
Restocking & Overstock: Monitor inventory levels, push overstock to the Bowmanville sales floor or ship to our other location as needed.
Website Maintenance: Ensure accurate product listings, update collections, and manage out-of-stock items.
General Support: Maintain stockroom organization, ensure shipping supplies are stocked, and assist in-store team as needed.
Order Fulfillment: Support team to process and ship online orders and prepare orders for in-store pick-up.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Willingness to jump in where needed to support other areas of the business.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and inventory management systems is an asset.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: From $20 per hour
Expected Hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person at our Bowmanville location
