What is your return policy?

We offer store credit or exchanges on most items within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all original tags attached. We do not offer refunds. Final sale items include clearance, seasonal merchandise, swimwear, bath and body products, intimate items, and items from local makers or purchased with discount codes.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, though many are picked and packed same day. We use a variety of carriers depending on your location. Our warehouse is closed on Mondays and carriers do not pick up on weekends, so orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Tuesday. While we aim to ship quickly, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

When will my local pick up order be ready?

For orders being picked up in Bowmanville, we do our best to have your order ready within 24–48 hours, and most of the time it’s available for pick up same day. You will receive an email notification once it is ready. Please check your junk mail in case the email was sent there.

 

Do you offer local pick up at the Toronto location?

At this time, local pick up is only available at our Bowmanville location.

 

If I select express shipping, how long will it take to receive my order?

If you select express shipping, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days for most locations. These time frames are not guaranteed.

 

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Almost all Canadian orders include a tracking number. US orders also include standard tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships.

 

How do I select free local pick up?

If you are using Shop Pay, drop down the delivery menu and select "Local Pick Up," then continue to payment. If you are using PayPal, select "Return to information" during checkout. It will take you to your cart where you can then select the delivery method as "Pick Up."

 

How can I combine two or more orders?

If you have placed an order for local pick up and want to add to it, please place a secondary order and leave detailed notes with your first order number(s) in the comments at checkout and we will pack them together. If you are looking to add to an order that is being shipped (and haven’t already received a shipment notification), please select free local pick up for your second order and email us within 30 minutes of checking out at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com.

 

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! For Bowmanville pick ups, please advise the person picking up to call us when they arrive (905-419-8299). They will need to know your order number, the first and last name on the order, and be able to accurately describe the items in the order. If you are picking up from an outside vendor, please let us know the company name, order number, and full name for the order.

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media to stay updated on future promotions.

 

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

There is an issue with my order — what should I do?

Contact our team with your order number at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift cards. Gift cards never expire and can be used in-store or online. Gift cards are final sale.

 

How do I start a return?

If your item qualifies, you can return in store or start an online return by emailing hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, we often begin processing it right away. We’re unable to cancel or make changes once submitted. If you made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

We currently offer local pick up at our Bowmanville location only. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before heading in.

 

Is the inventory at your Toronto and Bowmanville locations the same?

Not exactly. Our Bowmanville location shares inventory with our warehouse, which is what you see reflected online. Most online orders are fulfilled from this location. While our Toronto boutique carries many of the same brands and styles, it may not have the full online collection in-store.

 

How do I become a vendor at your boutique?

At this time we are not accepting new applications for vendors. If you would like to express your interest in future openings, please email vendor@petitnordiqueboutique.com. We will keep your information on file.

You can search by categories, or use the search bar to type in exactly what you’re looking for. You can also contact us if you aren't finding what you're wanting.

 

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include: clearance items, holiday/seasonal merchandise, swimwear, bath and body products, intimate items (such as bloomers), items from local makers, and anything purchased with a discount code (excluding automatic free shipping or gift threshold promotions).

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States. If you're located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com and we'll do our best to accommodate a custom shipment.

 

An item online says it is out of stock. When will this item become available?

If an item is sold out, it is not guaranteed to be restocked within a specific time period.
