Q: When will my Local pick up order be ready?
A: We try our hardest to have your order ready within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once it is ready. Please check your junk mail in case the email was sent there.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays and Fridays only.
If you select standard shipping we will pack & ship your order within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary, we have no guarantee on arrivals.
Q: If I select Express shipping, how long will it take to receive my order?
A: If you select express shipping the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Q: I selected shipping, will I get a tracking number?
A: If you are within Canada you will receive a tracking number with all methods of shipping. If you are from the US or International you must select Tracked Package or Xpresspost in order to receive a tracking number.
Q: How do I select free local pick up?
A: If you are using Shop Pay drop down the delivery menu and select “Local Pick Up” then continue to payment.
If you are using your PayPal account select “Return to information” during checkout. It will take you to your cart where you can then select Delivery method as “Pick up”.
Q: How can I combine two orders or more?
A: If you have placed an order for local pick up and want to add to it, please place a secondary order and leave detailed notes with your first order number/s in the comments at checkout and we will pack them together.
If you are looking to add to an order that is being shipped (and haven’t already received a shipment notification) please add notes at checkout with your existing order number. Please select free local pick up for your second order and email us within 30 minutes of checking out at hello.petitnordique@gmail.
Q: Can I have a friend or family member pick up my order?
A: Yes! Please advise the person that is picking up for you to call us when they arrive for pick up (905) 419-8299. They will need to know your order number as well as the first and last name on the order and be able to accurately describe the items in the order.
If you are picking up from an outside vendor please let us know the company name, order number and full name for the order.
Q: How do I become a vendor at your boutique?
A: At this time we are currently not accepting new applications for vendors. If you would like to send us an email, expressing your interest in applying for an opening at the boutique please forward all inquiries to petitnordique.vendor@gmail.

Q: How can I find an item on your website?
A: You can search by categories, or you can use the search bar to type in exactly what you want.
If the item is not available on our website it can no longer be found at our store front as the inventory is identical.
Q: What is your Return policy?
A: We offer exchanges and/or store credit on most items within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached and items in perfect unworn condition.
The following are final sale: clearance and sale, seasonal, swimwear, bath and body products, and all vendor items.

Q: An item online says it is out of stock. When will this item become available ?
A: If an item is sold out it is not guaranteed to be restocked within a specific time period.
Please call the store to be added to our waitlist* or email email@example.com to be added to the waitlist.
This waitlist is in no way a guarantee that we will receive the item requested. We will try our best to advise you of an approximate arrival time.
