All the African Moses baskets are handwoven and include a mattress pad, and leather wrapped handles.

  • Baskets should always be placed on a firm and flat surface. Do not place on tables, near stairs or elevated surfaces.
  • It is recommended to place the handles of the basket in an outward position when baby is inside.
  • Do not move/carry the basket with your baby inside.
  • You should never add a pillow, extra padding or bumper pads. Only use the pad provided, this pad is designed to fit the dimensions of your basket.
  • Use a bassinet cover sheet to protect your mattress pad.
  • Keep basket away from all heaters, fires, and flames.
