Baby Celine is the quintessential tutu: it’s light, airy, and incredibly soft - made with what we call, wispy tulle. The waistband is beautifully made with scalloped edges and hugs the belly with a velvety soft side.

Sizing: 1-3T measures approximately 11.5 inches long and the waist stretches from about 8.5 inches to 12.5 inches across - typically starts to fit when the child can sit independently, around 6 months. 3-5T measures approximately 13.5 inches long and the waist stretches from about 9 inches to 13 inches across. 5-7Y measures approximately 15.5 inches long and the waist stretches from about 10.5 inches to 14.5 inches across.
